Early-access privacy notice
This notice is about the request form on contixly.com. It explains what happens to the details you send when asking about early access; it does not cover every Contixly product or service.

We ask for your work email and a short description of your use case. You may also share your organisation and role. Please do not include source code, passwords, customer data or other confidential information.
Why we use it
We use your details to assess your early-access request and reply personally about a possible next step. This form is not a marketing mailing list, and submitting it does not subscribe you to newsletters.
Where it goes
FormBold handles the form submission for Contixly. A copy is stored in our FormBold account and sent to our contact mailbox so we can respond. FormBold may also process technical information, including your IP address, when handling the request. You can read FormBold’s privacy policy for details about that service.
How long we keep it
We keep the details while we assess your request and handle any related conversation. Once they are no longer needed for that purpose, we remove them, unless we must retain them for a legal reason. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.
Your choices and contact
Providing these details is voluntary, but without an email and a use case we cannot review or answer the request. To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your details, or to raise any question about this form, contact Contixly at me@kroniak.net.
